Returns and Refunds Policy

At Haltech Depot, we are committed to providing high-quality engine management systems and electronics. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our returns and refunds policy below to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • ECUs or electronics that have been installed and powered on.

  • Custom wiring looms or special-order products.

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on the part of Haltech Depot.

  • If a refund is issued for a defective item under warranty, full purchase value will be refunded or credited.


4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a warranty claim, product defect, or error on the part of Haltech Depot.

  • All returns must be shipped using a method that provides tracking and proof of delivery.

  • Haltech Depot is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


6. Warranty Returns

Products covered under the Haltech Depot Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost if the issue falls within the warranty terms. Proof of purchase and warranty eligibility must be provided.


7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team at:

Our team will provide instructions and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your return package.


8. Disposal of Unclaimed Items

If a product is sent for return, inspection, or repair and payment or communication is not received within 12 months, the product will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
